The first thing is I keep track of my calorie intake for one whole week without changing my diet. The next thing I do is cut my daily calorie intake by 100 to 200 calories. That is about 700 to 1400 calories less per week. I continue do my normal xian zhi su slimming pills routine every day. I still eat the same foods just not as much, or if you feel you are still hungry by the end of the day, try adding more fruit into your diet. The fruit you eat will fill the empty feeling and you will not have all the junk calories that snack food has.
