What you must focus on in original lida

 The lida are the foods to avoid because they are toxic to your body and lower your pH rapidly. Here is a list of the acidic foods, and some of these foods are healthy for you to eat in moderation and some are poison. You'll know the difference, but if there's any doubt read all labels before you buy anything. Here's an acidic food list: processed and foods with preservatives, fried foods, foods with refined sugar or white flour, steroids in meats and dairy, caffeine, all sweets, lean meats, whole wheat breads and pastas, some fruits, soft drinks, etc. These need to be consumed in very small quantities.
What you must focus on in original lida diet weight loss are vegetables, most fruits, nuts and seeds, whole grains such as millet, whole wheat rice and barley, fish and eggs. These will make up the majority of your meals, taking very little from the acidic list. Within two weeks you should have your pH level up around 7.4. Drinking lots of water throughout the day will wash away the debris from the 'burned out' toxins and chemicals that is coming out of your cells because you are not continually adding more. Getting rid of these toxins stored in your fat cells and muscles will result in continual weight loss and more energy. Continue for the rest of your life and you will have a clean and healthy alkaline system.
